With a background spanning biology, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and over a decade as co-owner of a successful craft brewery, Kent brings a rare blend of scientific insight, creative intuition, and regulatory know-how to Port City Spirits. He oversees recipe development, quality control, and compliance with a passion for plants and place, integrating wild-foraged botanicals and traditional herbal knowledge into the distillery’s signature spirits—each one a unique expression of BC’s remote and rugged North Coast.

Andrea has a background in hospitality in tourism. Her distilling journey began years ago, moonshining in her basement with friends. Years later the realization of Port City Spirits is a great evolution of a passion project. Andrea uses her customer service and sales experience to lead the bar, catering and guest experience aspects of the business.
